Refund policy

No headaches or hassles. If there are issues with your purchase in the first 30 days after you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund. You will be responsible for returning the product to us and the cost of that returnIf there is a problem due to shipping damage or we sent the wrong item, and it cannot be repaired, we will send a replacement free of charge to you. The grace period for wholesale items is 14 days from receiving your item.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@Biofusions.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
